Abstract

The article also discusses challenges in implementing this model, including changing HR mindsets, balancing organizational needs with employee desires, maintaining fairness, and aligning incentives. Overall, it advocates for a shift toward a more user-centric, product-design approach to work that acknowledges employees as active participants in choosing their jobs.
