Abstract
The article presents the results of a survey conducted among readers evaluating various financial providers, including brokers, wealth managers, credit cards, banks, and insurance companies. Over 2,700 readers rated providers across 13 categories based on customer service, satisfaction, and likelihood of recommendation. Fidelity Investments emerged as the overall winner in the full-service broker category, while Fidelity Wealth Management topped the wealth manager category. The Fidelity Rewards Visa was recognized as the best cash-back credit card, and USAA was highlighted for both auto and homeowners insurance.
