Abstract
Azerbaijan is integrating non-governmental organizations (NGOs) into its Digital Document Management System to promote a paperless management approach, as reported by the chairperson of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency. This initiative has already saved 500,000 sheets of paper monthly, equivalent to 2,000 trees annually, and increased document exchange efficiency across 1,700 government agencies. The country's efforts align with its goal of sustainable development and environmental conservation, as highlighted at the 'INMerge Innovation Summit' organized by PASHA Holding to foster innovation and collaboration within Azerbaijan's ecosystem.
