Abstract

Traditional methods of storing, retrieving, and processing legal, financial, and personal documents often lack sufficient security measures, accessibility, and efficient analysis capabilities. The privacy issues arise from the more redundant nature of storage systems, and the manual operations are excessively time-consuming and prone to errors. Besides, a result of merging a number of texts and languages is an increase in connectivity and accessibility issues too. The purpose of this solution is to solve the above-mentioned challenges by designing inventive systems based on advanced technologies such as the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) that will be responsible not only for making legal and financial files available but also for providing security for them. Encrypted asset sharing in digital spaces can be ensured by end-to-end encryption and blockchain technology, which guarantees privacy and immutability, thus preventing fraud. In order to increase the availability of the system, the tools for the processing of legal documents take up the functions of the PDF, including editable text translation and the key points' summary in English and Tamil. In terms of financial data processing, this platform provides the ability to gather information in numerous formats, such as CSV and XLSX, thus taking care of the necessity of accounting information integration. Machine learning techniques are used to examine the data and anticipate future revenue; they act as an important informational resource that the users of financial sectors can rely on during financial planning and decision-making. The comprehensive solution targets the gaps in security, access, and analysis of the forums and financial sectors, which brings a more practical platform with higher powers in the safe storage, retrieval, and processing of legal and financial documents.
