Abstract
Apple Federal Credit Union and Qisda have implemented job rotation programs that have proven successful for their organizations. Apple Federal Credit Union's program, called Having Other Paths and Perspectives (HOPP), allows employees to transfer to different areas within the organization and gain experience outside of their current roles. This program has helped retain employees, strengthen the talent pool, and create contingency plans for unexpected absences. Qisda's job rotation system enables supervisors with at least five years of tenure to pursue position rotations, resulting in a talent pipeline with impressive results. Both organizations have seen positive outcomes from their job rotation programs, including high retention and promotion rates. [Extracted from the article]
