Abstract
The article presents the discussion on examining the social media literacies of youth, particularly focusing on a 16-year-old Black author and activist, to understand their role in justice-oriented activism and civic engagement. Topics include social media practices used for activism and identity work, the influence of youth culture and voice in online spaces, and the exploration of literacy practices related to racial justice.
