Abstract

This research introduces an innovative system designed to streamline the process of generating essays, short notes, and paragraphs from PDFs by parsing them, tailored to userspecified keywords. Functioning as a supportive companion for document analysis, the system employs sophisticated PDF parsing techniques to examine contextual relationships within files, taking into account elements such as surrounding text, headings, and keywords. It is imperative to underscore that during this process, no data is transmitted to external AI models, thus keeping our data safe from the possible intruders. This distinctive methodology ensures that the generated content originates locally from the PDFs, thereby fortifying data safety and privacy, which is the primary aim of our project. Powered by natural language processing, the system adeptly delivers coherent and pertinent content directly derived from the parsed PDFs. This tool proves instrumental in fostering efficient resource management for researchers and learners alike. The strategic use of parsing techniques and python libraries further enriches the contextual comprehension of PDF content, simultaneously upholding data safety which is of utmost importance while dealing with private information, and thereby reinforcing the program's autonomy and reliability in furnishing tailored insights.
