Abstract
The article discusses a new meditation technique called Full Breathing with Watching (FBW) Technique, which aims to effectively remove unwanted thoughts in order to improve mental health and overall happiness. The author explains that previous techniques, such as ignoring negative thoughts or using positive thoughts or mantras, have not been successful in addressing major mental health issues. FBW Technique involves full breathing combined with continuously watching unwanted thoughts using a specific phrase as a cue. The technique can be practiced for different durations and can also be used to remove harmful desires and induce sound sleep. The author emphasizes that FBW Technique should be used at the onset of any negative or distracting thought for optimal effectiveness. The article concludes by stating that the author is sharing FBW Technique with the psychology research community for further study and dissemination. [Extracted from the article]
