Abstract
The article discusses the attribution of the theological treatise De Doctrina Christiana, traditionally attributed to John Milton, to Jeremias Felbinger. Recent articles by Hugh F. Wilson and James M Clawson suggest Felbinger as a likelier candidate based on stylometry and antitrinitarianism. However, the text highlights significant discrepancies between Felbinger's views on redemption and those presented in De Doctrina Christiana, ultimately casting doubt on Felbinger as the true author. Despite stylometric arguments, Felbinger's theological positions do not align closely enough with the content of the treatise to definitively attribute authorship to him. [Extracted from the article]
