Abstract
This article focuses on the use of patient-centric holistic integrative therapies combining yoga and naturopathy (YNBLI) in managing chronic kidney disease (CKD). It presents a case study of a 64-year-old female with CKD and multiple comorbidities who, reluctant to undergo dialysis, underwent a 10-day inpatient YNBLI program followed by 16 weeks of home-based therapy. The patient showed significant improvements in kidney function, hemoglobin levels, quality of life, and mental resilience without adverse effects, with benefits sustained over the follow-up period. The study suggests that integrated yoga and naturopathy interventions may serve as effective adjuncts in CKD management, highlighting the need for further research to validate these findings.
