Abstract
This article presents a pilot study evaluating the P-Long Protocol, a novel treatment combining platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, penile traction, vacuum devices, and nitric oxide boosters to increase penile length, girth, and function in healthy men. Conducted on 29 men aged 20 to 55 with normal erectile function, the six-month protocol involved monthly ultrasound-guided PRP injections and adjunct therapies, resulting in statistically significant average increases of 0.81 inches in length and 0.47 inches in girth, alongside subjective improvements in erectile function. The study suggests the protocol is a potentially safe, non-synthetic option for penile enhancement that can be administered by trained urologists and sexual medicine practitioners.
