Abstract
The article discusses a meta-analysis on the effectiveness of acupuncture combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training for treating postpartum stress urinary incontinence. The authors express concerns regarding the inclusion of studies that combined acupuncture with moxibustion, which could skew results, and highlight the need for subgroup analyses to address heterogeneity in the findings. They also note that all studies were conducted in China, raising questions about cultural biases affecting treatment outcomes. Additionally, the authors point out discrepancies in the methodology used for evaluating evidence quality and suggest more rigorous approaches to assess publication bias. Overall, they believe that significant issues were overlooked in the review. [Extracted from the article]
