Abstract
The article focuses on a case report examining the effectiveness of integrating Brain Gym activities and progressive muscle relaxation to address neurasthenia, a condition characterized by chronic fatigue and poor sleep, among young adults facing academic stress. A 22-year-old male college student diagnosed with neurasthenia underwent a four-week program that significantly improved his fatigue and sleep quality, as indicated by reductions in his Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores. The research suggests that this combined therapeutic approach may be a safe and accessible strategy to enhance mental health and quality of life for college students experiencing similar issues.
