Abstract

This article presents a fictionalized case study exploring the implementation of a generative artificial intelligence (gen AI) salesbot. The article details the discussion of the positives and negatives associated with this genAI business decision between executives in a fictional company. Then insight from Jim Lecinski, an associate professor at the Kellogg School of Management and Dharmesh Shah, the Chief Technology Officer of HubSpot on this topic is presented.
