Abstract
This article focuses on participant satisfaction with tele-neuropsychological assessments (tele-NP) conducted within the Framingham Heart Study (FHS). The study evaluated feedback from 63 largely college-educated older adults (average age 74) who completed remote cognitive testing via a HIPAA-compliant Zoom protocol, supplemented by mailed materials. Results showed high overall satisfaction, with positive ratings for videoconferencing, test materials, and instruction clarity. The findings suggest tele-NP is a feasible and acceptable method for remote cognitive assessment in older adults, potentially reducing barriers related to travel and supporting data collection in diverse populations.
