Abstract
This article compares Microsoft's chat apps, Skype and Teams. Both apps offer online group meetings, video and voice calls, text chat, screen sharing, and file sharing. However, Teams is more sophisticated and focused on collaboration, while Skype is simpler and geared towards personal communication. Teams integrates with Microsoft Office and offers features like live streaming, digital whiteboards, and breakout rooms. Skype is ideal for personal use, while Teams is the go-to app for business communication. Both apps have their own strengths and are owned by the same company. [Extracted from the article]
