Abstract
A recent study from the University of Vienna explores the impact of Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) influencers on young adults' health behavior intentions. The research compares the effects of real human influencers, human-look CGI influencers, and cartoon-look CGI influencers on young adults' parasocial interaction and health behavior intentions. The study suggests that CGI influencers have limited persuasive power, especially in the context of health topics. The findings provide valuable insights into the influence of CGI influencers on young adults. [Extracted from the article]
