Abstract
The Chinese Journal of International Law has transitioned to a continuous publication model starting from Volume 24 (2025), where papers will be published in final form without advance access. To address potential confusion with page numbers, readers are encouraged to cite papers using DOIs and paragraph numbers. The journal has implemented paragraph numbering since 2007 to facilitate source pinpointing across various platforms. This change aims to enhance accessibility and dissemination of ideas presented in the journal's papers. [Extracted from the article]
