Abstract

The International Journal of Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering has published a special issue on Social Computing and Engineering (SCE). The issue aims to address social science problems and improve human social activities through the use of computing and information technology. The special issue includes four papers that cover a range of research concerns, including knowledge graph in crisis management, dialogue generation models, patent infringement detection, and dual decision-making continuous reinforcement learning.
