Abstract

The article focuses on the Eversolo Play CD Edition integrated amplifier, which is priced at $799 and features multiple input options, including line and phono analog inputs, as well as CD playback and audio streaming capabilities. The phono stage was evaluated through measurements, revealing good performance metrics such as a signal-to-noise ratio of 75.3dB in moving magnet (MM) mode and 64.2dB in moving coil (MC) mode, with low distortion levels. The device's design incorporates class-D amplifier circuitry and a switch-mode power supply, contributing to its compact form while maintaining high audio quality. [Extracted from the article]
