Abstract
The article focuses on a clinical study conducted in Karaj, Iran, examining the efficacy and safety of Rosa canina L. and a traditional polyherbal formulation (PHF) syrup as complementary treatments for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children and adolescents. The study involved 90 patients aged 5-14 years, who were divided into three groups receiving different treatments alongside methylphenidate (MPH) for eight weeks. Results indicated significant improvements in ADHD symptoms and quality of life across all groups, although no significant differences were found between the treatment groups.
