Abstract
The article describes the case of a 37-year-old man with peripheral and axial psoriatic arthritis, skin psoriasis (PsO) and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and started on Ixekizumab (IXE) monotherapy after secondary non-response to Adalimumab. Topics discussed include findings on mycological tests, the administration of oral terbinafine for 14 days and the discontinuation of IXE, and possibility of treating the fungal infection with no interruption of the anti-IL-17 therapy.
