Abstract
The article describes the case of a 44-year-old female presented to rheumatology for treatment of her complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), a chronic pain condition of a limb, characterized by autonomic and inflammatory features. Topics discussed include two types of CRPS based on the absence of presence of a lesion to a major nerve, findings on X-ray of both hands, and osteopenia as a recognized feature of CRPS.
