Abstract
The article discusses the possible depolarization of U.S. health care issues through engagement of the youth in policy formation, participation in evidence-based decision making, and bipartisan viewing of the crises in 2025. Topics covered include the thrust to build an effective health care system through intergenerational interaction. Also noted is the need to build a culture of civil discussions of issues that are grounded in science and individual values.
