Abstract

The article describes the case of a 62-year-old woman with a history of systemic sclerosis (SS) and difficult-to-treat seropositive erosive rheumatoid arthritis (RA) diagnosed in 2009. Topics discussed include past serologies of the patient, symptoms developed by the patient in August 2020 including fevers, rash, and cervical and inguinal lymphadenopathy, and RA and Sjogren's disease activities pre- and post-treatment of lymphoma.
