Abstract
A recent study conducted by researchers at Southwest University in China focused on the therapeutic effects of yoga on symptoms associated with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children. The study, which included a systematic review and meta-analysis, found that yoga intervention had a positive impact on symptoms such as inattention, sustained attention, emotional instability, and hyperactivity/impulsivity in children with ADHD. However, the study did not find statistically significant effects on anxiety symptoms. This research provides valuable insights for further studies and therapeutic procedures in managing ADHD in children. [Extracted from the article]
