Abstract
We describe an unusual presentation of Bier anemic spots, cyanosis, and urticaria‐like eruption (BASCULE) syndrome in a 15‐year‐old male, recalcitrant to low‐dose anti‐histamines, which subsequently responded to high‐dose fexofenadine. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
