Abstract
The article focuses on a case report of a 70-year-old Asian female diagnosed with Sjögren's syndrome, an autoimmune disease characterized by dryness of the eyes and mouth, which also affected her lungs and skin. Initially treated with prednisone and other therapies for her symptoms, the patient experienced limited improvement and developed severe respiratory issues. Ultimately, she was treated with a biologic agent called Telitacicept, which targets B cell activation, leading to significant improvements in her symptoms and lung function. The report highlights the potential of Telitacicept as a treatment for Sjögren's syndrome-associated pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, although further research is needed to confirm its long-term efficacy and safety.
