Abstract
The article discusses a case of a 37-year-old woman with RhD alloimmunization who gave birth to a baby with hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn (HDFN) and neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia. The baby required treatment including RBC transfusion, IVIg, and phototherapy for HDFN and platelet transfusion for thrombocytopenia. Maternal and neonatal testing confirmed the presence of HPA and HLA antibodies, with the baby being discharged after a 19-day hospital stay with improved hemoglobin and platelet levels.
