Abstract
The article discusses a study by Rendall and colleagues which analyzed the potential of long-acting reversible contraception ( LARC) to increase intended pregnancies and births, employing a valuable linked data set to reframe the metrics of success of Delaware's statewide contraceptive access initiative. Topics include argument on the use and removal of LARC to ensure desired birth timing and initiatives that have been instrumental in improving statewide access to desired contraceptive care.
