Abstract
The article focuses on a rare case of compartment syndrome triggered by a group A Streptococcus (GAS) infection in an intramuscular venous malformation (VM). Topics include the clinical presentation of GAS infections in VMs, the management of necrotizing fasciitis and compartment syndrome, and the use of fasciotomy and debridement for treatment.
