Trypanosomiasis in a Cat- A Case Report.

Abstract
This article is a case report on trypanosomiasis in a cat. Trypanosomiasis is an infectious protozoan disease caused by Trypanosoma species. The disease is spread by biting flies and can also be transmitted through ingestion of infected animals. The clinical signs of trypanosomiasis in cats include anorexia, anemia, fever, enlarged lymph nodes, and edema. The cat in the case report was successfully treated with isometamidium chloride and supportive treatment. The article provides information on the diagnosis and treatment of trypanosomiasis in cats.
