Abstract
UN Charter confers the prime authority of the Security Council in discerning the need for collective security measures, undertaking investigations, and recommending potential measures for harmonizing the actions of all the nations (Coombes, [1]). Nuclear Planning Group (NPG) of NATO plays a prime role in the implementation of NATO's nuclear policy and supports consultations in combating the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. The complex aspects of international law have been well specified which upheld that the prime role behind each law has been to strengthen stability of nations and reinforce common interest.
