Abstract
The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, originally founded by Laurence Olivier, has been an independent organization since 1989. With around 220 students, the school emphasizes individual attention, mentoring, and personalized teaching. The school offers various courses, including professional acting, costume design, and performance design. Alumni of the school include Sir Daniel Day Lewis, Olivia Colman, and Jeremy Irons. The school is looking for new premises to expand its TV and film teaching, and there are plans for future development, including a dedicated performance space in the city center.
