Abstract

The article focuses on the strategic use of bundled pricing as an effective response to inflation-driven consumer price sensitivity. It highlights how bundling—offering multiple products or services together at a single price—can enhance perceived value, simplify choices, reduce operational costs, and strengthen customer relationships without necessarily relying on heavy discounts. Using Chili’s “3 For Me” meal bundle as a key example, the article demonstrates how well-designed bundles can drive significant sales growth and stock performance. It also outlines a practical framework for companies to decide when to use discount bundles, value-added bundles, or a combination, emphasizing the importance of understanding customer preferences, product complementarity, and organizational goals.
