Abstract
The article discusses the recognition of Restorative Justice (RJ) in criminal justice system of South Africa ideal for meting justice in traffic issues. Topics discussed include ignorance by fines for minor traffic offenses by offenders, programs of organization NICRO suitable for road traffic offenders such as programme for adult substance abuse, and training to RJ practitioners offered by non-profit organization (NPO) Social Justice Foundation.
