Abstract

The article focuses on the Comprehensive, Integrated Three-Tiered (Ci3T) model, an integrated tiered system designed to address students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs within one framework. It outlines a step-by-step approach to building educators' capacity for implementing Ci3T through data-informed professional learning, including comprehensive onboarding, coordinated ongoing training, and data-driven instruction. The model emphasizes collaboration among general and special educators, administrators, families, and students, with particular benefits for students with disabilities by promoting inclusion and consistent support across multiple tiers. The article illustrates these processes through a teacher's onboarding experience and highlights the use of multiple data sources to guide instruction and professional development within Ci3T systems.
