Abstract

The article focuses on strategies of predicting, questioning and clarifying present in reciprocal teaching and mentions participation of students in cooperative discussion with models from teachers. Topics discussed include think a loud conducted by teacher to demonstrate predicting using text clues, content area material retained by students through reciprocal teaching, and clarification of phrases and words using several strategies.
