Abstract
College Corps is a program at California Polytechnic State University that allows full-time undergraduate students to serve their community and receive benefits in return. The program provides grants to fund College Corps Fellows, who serve 450 hours and earn up to $10,000, including a living stipend and an education award. Fellows also receive academic credit and gain real-world experience. The program focuses on three areas: climate action, food insecurity, and K-12 education. It partners with local nonprofits and government agencies to provide opportunities for fellows. The program is seen as a win-win-win, benefiting students, the community, and the state.
