Abstract
The Education Department's Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services is offering Preservice Program Development Grants to Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities, and Other Minority Serving Institutions. The grants aim to diversify personnel serving children with disabilities by addressing state-identified needs for personnel preparation in special education, early intervention, related services, and regular education. The program provides a total of $2.4 million for up to 16 awards, with each award amounting to $2.4 million.
