Abstract
First, teachers should consider the need for curricular adaptations (i.e., adaptations to what is taught in the general education classroom that prioritize content aligned to state-adopted general education standards and incorporate student's individualized support needs; [11]). A Systematic Process for Developing and Arranging Supports Even when information has been collected to develop a comprehensive student profile and understand the general education classroom context, teachers may experience challenges in supporting students with disabilities in the general education classroom.
