Abstract

The article provides information on a five-step model of learning reflection in a value-added course Reflective Learning, conducted for 18 hours in blended mode for undergraduate medical students. Topics discussed include definition of reflection, consequence if medical students are not prepared to reflect, and lessons learned from the course.
