Abstract
This article focuses on the importance of cultivating a digital mindset—defined as a set of attitudes and behaviors enabling employees and organizations to leverage data, algorithms, and artificial intelligence (AI)—to successfully lead digital transformation efforts. Drawing on examples from companies such as Atos, Philips, Moderna, and Unilever, it emphasizes that learning new technological skills alone is insufficient; organizations must foster continuous learning, employee buy-in, and confidence to adapt to ongoing digital change. The article also highlights the need for aligning digital systems and processes with organizational culture and leadership involvement to accelerate adoption and sustain transformation in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
