Abstract

President Droupadi Murmu spoke at the first convocation of the Central Sanskrit University in New Delhi, highlighting the importance of Sanskrit in uniting the diverse fabric of India. She emphasized that many Indian languages have been enriched by Sanskrit vocabulary and are flourishing in different regions and states. President Murmu also praised the contributions of women scholars to Sanskrit and encouraged maximum participation of women in the language.
