Abstract

The article features Becky Ohrmund, a lead pharmacy technician specialist at Northwestern Medicine's Lake Forest Hospital in Illinois who was accepted as member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Pharmacy Technician Forum Executive Committee in 2022. Ohrmund served on advisory groups for professional and career ladder development, practice advancement and advocacy and membership outreach. She believes that credentials and certifications could help advance the field forward.
