Abstract
We encourage future research that examines consumers' acceptance of different food policies and the effectiveness of different food policies based on consumers' eating motivations. Insight 2: Understand How Different Food Policies Relate to Consumer Eating Motivations After identifying the eating motivations that matter to consumers, policy makers should leverage the REAL framework to understand how different food policies affect consumers' perceptions of their ability to address different eating motivations.
