Abstract

The article explores the complexities of regulating emerging technologies in environmental, energy, and climate law. Topics include the role of AI and data-driven technologies in improving efficiency, resource allocation, and environmental monitoring; the adequacy of existing local, national, EU, and international legal frameworks to manage the uncertainties and risks posed by these innovations; and the importance of integrating climate, environmental, and energy law.
