Abstract
Amir Ansari, a Hazara refugee from Afghanistan, is about to become an Olympian in cycling. At the age of 16, Ansari fled his home and embarked on a dangerous journey to Europe in search of safety. After arriving in Sweden, he joined a cycling club and began pursuing his dream of becoming a professional cyclist. Despite facing challenges such as depression and the difficulties of the immigration process, Ansari persevered and is now set to compete in the Olympic Games as part of the Olympic Refugee Team. He hopes to inspire others who have had to flee their homelands and show them that there is hope for a better future. Extracted from the article
