Abstract
Audrey Hepburn's Swiss villa, La Paisible, is now on the market for $21 million. The 18th-century farmhouse, located in Tolochenaz, Switzerland, was owned by Hepburn from 1963 until her death in 1993. The current owners, Katharina and Jean-Marc Beaujolin, are selling the 12-bedroom, eight-bathroom villa with 10,800 square feet of space on a 4-acre lot. The property, known for its peaceful atmosphere, is close to the center of town and offers views of the mountains. The Beaujolins, who raised their six children in the house, are downsizing as their children have grown. [Extracted from the article]
