Abstract
To protect workers from cold stress, employers should provide appropriate clothing and equipment, such as insulated clothing, gloves and hats, and ensure that workers take frequent breaks in warm areas. Workers who are exposed to cold temperatures may be at risk for cold stress. Additionally, employers should monitor the weather forecast and adjust work schedules as needed to avoid having workers in cold temperatures for prolonged periods. [Extracted from the article]
